About Us - Experience Speaks for Itself
After a career in Corporate America, Bruce Beddard entered the Mortgage Industry in 1999. With over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, he still prides himself on utilizing the corporate business approach (as opposed to a sales pitch approach) to teach about topics that individuals care about and need to assist them in everyday life.
Financial Education is critical to the employees of your organization, whether they are
making decisions about:
- Improving your credit score
- Purchasing a home
- 401k rollovers for you or a spouse
- Child's education
- Long term insurance needs
- Any topic that impacts your financial life
I utilize my 19 years of corporate life to assist you in your life. I understand that your time is limited and extremely valuable. That's why my classes are free. I want the attendees to know that I am passionate about what I teach. I do not want them to think that the sole reason I am teaching the class is to collect a teaching fee.
I think there are many myths about credit scores that consumers like yourself
would benefit from the truth. I think the process of buying a home is confusing and the professionals that are involved in the transaction rarely, if ever, work to educate you or help you to understand what you are embarking on. They simply hope you get from point A to point Z as fast as possible so they can get paid. I want you to know the terminology, the questions to ask, the areas to not be concerned with and go into the transaction educated and confident you know what the next steps will be.
In the 10 years I have been in the Mortgage Industry, I have developed a reputation as a highly trusted and very respected professional. 100% of my business is by referral. I depend on strong relationships with all of the members of the financial community such as, Realtors, Financial Planners, Accountants, Attorneys and yes, even other Mortgage Professionals.
